3. Services Offered
We offer a range of mobile car detailing services, including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, and other related services. Detailed descriptions of the services are available on our website.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking: Clients can book our services through our website, by phone, or via email. Booking is subject to availability.
4.2 Payment: Payment must be made at the time of completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and checks.
4.3 Pricing: Prices for our services are listed on the website and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before confirming your booking.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellation: Cancellations made before the scheduled date and time of appointment will result in a rescheduling day and time. The client is free to permanently cancel their appointment as they seem fit.
5.2 Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment at no additional cost if notice is given.
6. Service Limitations
6.1 Weather Conditions: Our services are weather-dependent. If adverse weather conditions prevent us from providing services, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
6.2 Vehicle Condition: We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle’s condition poses a health or safety risk to our staff or owner staff. In such cases, we may suggest alternative solutions or refer you to another service provider.
7. Liability
7.1 Damage to Vehicle: While we take the utmost care during the detailing process, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Clients are advised to report any concerns about potential damage before the service begins.
7.2 Property Damage: We are not liable for any damage to the property (e.g., driveway, lawn) resulting from our services. Clients are responsible for providing a suitable location for the detailing service.
7.3 Third-Party Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third parties during the service, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, or accidents.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy or details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, and software, on our website is the property of J&J Mobile Detailing or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

14. Indemnification
14.1 Client’s Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J&J Mobile Detailing, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:
Any breach of these Terms by the Client.
The Client’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Any action or inaction of the Client that causes harm to J&J Mobile Detailing or its employees during the provision of the Services.
15. Severability
15.1 Severability Clause: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
16.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and J&J Mobile Detailing, concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter.
17. Waiver
17.1 No Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms by J&J Mobile Detailing shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and J&J Mobile Detailing's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
18. Force Majeure
18.1 Force Majeure: J&J Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other similar events.
19. Assignment
19.1 Assignment: The Client may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of J&J Mobile Detailing. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
19.2 Company’s Assignment: J&J Mobile Detailing reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction or notice to the Client.
20. Termination
20.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to J&J Mobile Detailing. Upon termination, the Client shall remain responsible for any outstanding payments due for Services provided up to the date of termination.
20.2 Termination by Company: J&J Mobile Detailing reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if the Client breaches the Terms. Upon termination, the Client's right to use the Service will cease immediately.
21. Refunds and Returns
21.1 Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided at the discretion of J&J Mobile Detailing. If a service is deemed unsatisfactory by the Client, the Client must notify J&J Mobile Detailing within 24 hours of service completion. J&J Mobile Detailing will then determine if a refund or re-service is appropriate.
21.2 Returns: In the case of any physical products provided as part of our services, returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
22. Notices
22.1 Notices: All notices or other communications required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand, mailed by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, or sent by email to the addresses provided by the Client and J&J Mobile Detailing.
23. Headings
23.1 Headings: The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.
24. Language
24.1 Language: These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. However, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translation.
25. Consumer Rights
25.1 Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer or exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or fraud of J&J Mobile Detailing.
26. Dispute Resolution
26.1 Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiations.
